The April retreat is a fun and relaxed opportunity to work on your sewing projects in the company of VTMQG friends. Work at your own pace, get quilting advice from others, take a break to chat, have a snack, and come and go on your own schedule. Especially if you are new to the guild, this is a chance to make new friends and feel more a part of the VTMQG. You will have your own workspace, and you can leave your sewing machine and project out for the entire three days, knowing that the site is secure.
Registration is open for 2026 members of VTMQG. The registration fee for 2026 members is $40 for the three days. If you plan to attend for only one or two days, you may make your own arrangements to share your spot with another member. Both people should complete the registration form, but only one person should pay the fee.

Retreat Schedule
Thursday and Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
What to bring: Sewing machine, rotary cutter, sewing supplies, fabric, and items for the free table. If you bring your own iron, be prepared to share it and use an approved extension cord. Bring your own breakfast/lunch and beverages, as well as snacks to share. There are many nearby eateries for dine in or take out. Remember: no nuts or seeds in the school.
We will provide: tables, chairs, ironing boards, irons, cutting stations.
